Data controller
The data controller for personal data processed via this website is the operator named in the Impressum above. For inquiries regarding data processing, contact info@numis.pics.

What we process
We process only the personal data necessary to operate the service and communicate with you, e.g. contact form submissions, email addresses you provide, server logs (IP, access times), and analytics (if enabled). Uploaded images are stored temporarily/according to the service workflow to provide image processing and the features you request.

Legal basis
Processing is performed on the legal bases required by the GDPR: performance of a contract (if any), legitimate interests (operation, security, fraud prevention) or consent where requested (e.g. optional analytics). For specifics about any third‑party service used (analytics, CDN) see the "Third parties" paragraph below.

Retention
Uploaded images and related personal data are retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and for short-term backups or legal obligations.

Your rights

You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

As‑is disclaimer
The service is provided "as‑is" and "as‑available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that results meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

No sale of uploaded images
You retain ownership of the content you upload. We will not sell your uploaded images to third parties. Uploaded images may be processed/stored to provide the service and for short-term backups or legal obligations, but we will not transfer or sell those images to third-party buyers.

Processing & limited license
By uploading images you grant numis.pics a non-exclusive, limited license to store, reproduce and process the images as necessary to provide the service (including temporary storage on third-party servers). This license is limited to what is necessary to provide the functionality you request.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising from use of the service is limited. This does not limit mandatory statutory liability (e.g. personal injury from negligence) where applicable.

Mit dem Hochladen räumen Sie numis.pics ein nicht‑ausschließliches, eingeschränktes Recht ein, die Bilder zu speichern und zu verarbeiten, soweit dies zur Erbringung des Dienstes notwendig ist.
